New Address 210 Canal Street

Hi Community. In case you have not been in-person with me for a while, starting October 22, 2024 we will be meeting at:

210 Canal Street, suite 307 which is just across Canal Street from the previous location.

This building has 3 elevators and an open staircase. Suite 307 is located in the corner furthest from the elevators, under the exit sign. This building has keyed, shared bathrooms

Some exciting changes:

I will be adding more appointment times to accommodate more evening appointments (4:15 and 6:15pm).

In January, I will be bringing back Tuesday afternoons and nights, as well as Friday afternoons

In the new office you no longer have to remove your shoes.

Masking is still required. Masks are always provided!

Lateness and Cancellation policies have to be stricter. I, of course always try to work with everyone, however, the cost of running a business in Manhattan is only rising and my biggest source of loss income is from no shows and late cancels. Therefore any cancellation that is less than 24 hrs is considered a late cancel and is subject to the full charge of the appointment time. If you are more than 10 minutes late for an appointment you might not be able to receive any extras like moxibustion or cupping. If you are more than 15 minutes late you are not guaranteed to be seen and your will be counted as a late cancellation or no show.

Insurance and Superbills. I do not take insurance but since there is an increase ask for superbills, there is a $15 charge on any superbill resubmissions. What can help prevent having this charge is, you can ask your insurance provider what documentation exactly is needed and also if there is a limitation to coverage by diagnostic code.

I am also currently seeking massage therapists, psychotherapists, nutritionists and other wellness providers to run their businesses from my extra space. This could be a great asset for all of us! If you know any wellness practitioners looking for an office sublet, please feel free to have them email me.
